Volta Residences by Damac Properties
Damac Properties has unveiled its new project, Volta Residences in Dubai, UAE. The building is being constructed in the central district of Downtown Dubai. The project is scheduled to be commissioned in Q2 2028.
The new complex is a high-rise tower consisting of:
- The first floor that features a lobby with 4.
- 9-meter ceilings, a concierge desk, lounge areas, and a climbing wall

- 59 residential floors

Location
The new complex boasts its prime location in the heart of the city, in the dazzling Downtown Dubai area. Within a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the tower, there are popular locations, including:
- Dubai Opera
- Burj Khalifa Tower, which offers an observation deck and fine dining
- Dubai Fountain, located in the center of an artificial lake
- Dubai Mall with an ice skating rink, an oceanarium, a movie theater, and a huge selection of stores of famous world brands
