One of the largest Dubai-based development companies, Emaar Properties, has started construction of a new residential project, Greenside Residence in Dubai, UAE. The complex will appear in the Dubai Hills Estate neighborhood, next to golf courses. The project will include:
- Tower A with a basement level, first floor, podium, and 19 residential floors
- Tower B with a basement level, first floor, podium, and 22 residential floors
- Building C with the first floor, podium, and one residential floor.
On the first floors of residential buildings, there will be spacious lobbies with places to rest. In the residential part of the new complex, you will find:
- One-bedroom apartments of 67–105 m2
- One-bedroom apartments of 67–105 m2
- Three-bedroom apartments of 131–167 m2.
Residents of the new community will have access to modern amenities, including:

- Changing cabins adjacent to the pool

The buildings will have 24-hour security. The complex will also include a covered automobile parking lot. The project is expected to be commissioned in Q3 2027. The starting price of the apartment at the excavation stage is AED 1.4 million (USD 381,000).

Greenside residences are located between the elite Dubai Hills Golf Club and several prestigious schools:

- GEMS International School.
Within walking distance, there is also a Geant Express supermarket, a Hill View tennis court, and Blossom Nursery School.
