The Edge by Select Group
The Edge in UAE is a new premium project by the Select Group developer in Dubai's prestigious Business Bay neighborhood. The 2 towers, comprising 30 and 41 stories, sit on a 4-story podium with plenty of amenities spanning over 5,600 m². The development will include numerous designer dwellings of 53–102 m² with 1 and 2 bedrooms.
Property in The Edge will be ready for occupancy in H2 2026. The starting price of a 1-bedroom residence is currently AED 1 million (USD 272,500) and AED 1.66 million (USD 452,000) for a 2-bedroom residence. The flats will increase in price, as the project approaches completion.
Buyers of off-plan projects in The Edge can take advantage of the instalment plan from the developer. With this plan, it’s necessary to make a down payment of 20% of the cost, with another 20% to be paid in instalments during the construction. The remaining 60% is paid once the complex is handed over.
