Dubai’s largest developer Emaar has announced its new luxury project Park Gate in Dubai, UAE. Situated in the Dubai Hills Estate neighbourhood, the gated community will comprise 87 four- and five-bedroom villas.
The complex will feature comprehensive security measures, with each house situated on a fenced plot.
The surrounding areas adjacent to the villas will be landscaped with ornamental plants. Additionally, the village will offer spaces dedicated to recreation, sports and walks.
Construction is scheduled for completion in December 2027. During the excavation stage of Park Gate, the price from the developer is AED 10.4 million (USD 2.8 million).
