Select Group has announced the launch of a new luxury complex, Nautica Residence in Dubai, UAE. The project consists of two high-rise towers, which will be located on the Maritime City island.
The ground floor of each building will be occupied by a spacious lobby with high-speed lifts, a lounge area, and a concierge desk.
The complex will also have an open terrace with a swimming pool, recreation areas, and other public spaces.
The residential part of the towers will boast apartments with one and two bedrooms. Their area varies from 57 to 96 sq. m. At the excavation stage, one-bedroom residences can be purchased at a minimum price of AED 1.4 million (USD 381,000). The developer is also offering an instalment plan with a gradual payment of 40% of the amount during construction and 60% when the project is handed over in Q4 2026.

Nautica Residence in Maritime City will provide residents with a variety of island community amenities within easy access. They include:
