Club Drive by Emaar Properties
Emaar Properties has announced the construction of the new project, Club Drive in Dubai, UAE, within the prestigious green community of Dubai Hills Estate. The complex consists of two L-shaped buildings:
- Building A with a basement and first level, podium and 15 residential floors
- Building B with a basement and first level, podium and 17 residential floors
Between the towers, on top of the podium, there will be a large open terrace with gardens and lush greenery. Various public spaces for relaxation and sports activities will be located here. The developer plans to hand over the new project in February 2028.
