HISTORY

DHG Company was founded in Switzerland in 1994, initially focusing on reconstruction. In 2002, it expanded by establishing DHG Real Estate Investment Company. Then, the firm set up DHG Holding in 2015, currently overseeing 30 companies across various sectors including real estate and construction.

Next, DHG entered the Serbian and Dubai real estate markets in 2020 and 2022, respectively. DHG Properties unveiled its first project – Dubai Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle in 2023.

PORTFOLIO

DHG's portfolio showcases an impressive range of projects across two continents: Europe and Asia. Prominent examples are Winterthur and Opfikon in Switzerland, New Belgrade (covering an area of 6,000m²) and Elysian Lux Gardens in Serbia, along with the ongoing development of Helvetia Residences in Dubai.

Helvetia Residences consists of 430 residences, including cozy studios and spacious one-, two-, three-bedroom apartments. Nestled in the prestigious Jumeirah Village area, the residential complex provides exclusive opportunities for luxurious living and premium leisure. Besides Dubai's natural beauty, residents will have access to all modern amenities for comfortable urban living.

DHG Properties aims to positively impact the environment and improve lives of current and future generations. Supported by the United Nations, the company has a development program focused on sustainable climate action and environmental protection. It emphasizes eco-consciousness in construction and renovation by using eco-friendly materials and waste recycling.

As part of the Energy Strategy 2050 in Switzerland, the company actively promotes CO2 emission reduction through energy-efficient measures and transitioning to renewable energy sources. This includes installing modern heating systems with heat pumps in new and existing properties.
