The complex is being implemented by the developer, Octa Properties. At the moment, construction work in the residential complex is 99% complete.

Modern one- and two-bedroom apartments are available in the buildings. The minimum flat price is AED 941,000 (USD 256,000). Interest-free instalments are available to buyers. Foreign citizens can not only buy a flat in the ownership, but also get the opportunity to issue an investor residency visa of the UAE for two years.
