Al Habtoor Group, a leading UAE developer in luxury real estate, has unveiled a new luxury-class project. The complex, named Habtoor Grand Residences, will be located on Jumeirah Beach in the Dubai Marina district.

The tower enjoys a premium location, close to such luxurious landmarks as Palm Jumeirah Island, Jumeirah Beach Residences, and Bluewater, further emphasising the project's high class.

The project will feature a collection of 283 residential units, ranging from spacious 2-bedroom apartments to luxurious 4-bedroom duplex penthouses. The luxurious lifestyle will be complemented by a range of premium-class amenities on-site, including a restaurant, a health centre overlooking the marina, and access to a private beach.
Groundbreaking for the new tower is scheduled for the coming months, with construction expected to be completed by March 2027. The starting price for Habtoor Grand Residences apartments is $2.86 million.
