Emaar's upcoming real estate project in Dubai boasts 7,000 residential units priced at AED 8.1 million.
Emaar, Dubai’s renowned real estate developer, has unveiled its latest creation, Palmiera The Oasis, a luxury waterfront development that has an estimated cost of $20 billion. This project will offer seven thousand residences, including luxury mansions and villas, for purchase. The development promises future residents stunning views of canals, lakes, and parks. The complex is less than 20 minutes away from Dubai's key locations, such as Business Bay, Dubai Marina, the shopping and entertainment centers of the city, and the airport.
At an event held at the Armani Hotel in Dubai in June, Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar said that The Oasis would stretch across a massive area in the neighborhood with water canals, lakes, green parks, promenade areas, and a colossal number of premium amenities.
"Our primary goal is to create signature destinations that offer a premium lifestyle, high levels of comfort, and luxurious amenities for our residents," Alabbar said.
Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan was also present at the launch of The Oasis and spoke about Emaar’s commitment to continuously create exceptional urban wonders.
"The developer introduces us to urban wonders, one after the other, and each one is a masterpiece like The Oasis by Emaar, which we are welcoming tonight," Khan said at the launch.
Facilities at Palmiera The Oasis
The project includes a massive 140,000-square-meter shopping area that will feature a wide selection of high-lifestyle brands to cater to all residents’ need to look brilliant. In addition to the retail space, The Oasis boasts an extensive restaurant area with a variety of food and beverage outlets.
According to the brochure, the project offers its residents a true oasis, hidden from the noise of the metropolis, combining the grandeur of nature and human excellence. The project will be strategically located in proximity to major transportation routes that provide easy access to Dubai. These are the Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan (D54) and Al Khail (E44) highways.

The Palmiera at The Oasis by Emaar four- and five-bedroom villas will have direct access to an exclusive community center where residents can enjoy swimming in the lagoon and fitness and wellness centers. These properties offer quality spaces for recreation, entertainment, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, as stated on Emaar’s website.
The master plan for the development includes public parks, playgrounds, sports and fitness centers, health and spa centers, outdoor jogging and cycling paths, swimming pools, beaches, mosques, and schools.
