Construction company Urban Properties has announced the launch of a new residential complex with apartments in Dubai. The project is named Urban Life. Located in the business district of Business Bay, the complex offers exclusive apartments with magnificent city views and access to a conceptual park.
Urban Life is a 20-storey building with 146 residential units, including studios and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. The complex stands out in the Business Bay development with extensive greenery: a park area with places for relaxation and walks is part of the project. Amenities at Urban Life also include pools, fitness facilities, co-working spaces, a business lounge, a cinema, and a children's play area.
The Urban Life project is being built in the heart of the Business Bay community, providing residents with easy access to various city areas, as well as proximity to luxurious restaurants, shopping complexes, and a variety of entertainment options. The business centre is located close to famous landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the Museum of the Future, and the Dubai Canal waterfront, ensuring a stable demand for real estate rentals in the new project. It is expected that the rental yield from Urban Life apartments will reach 9% annually.
According to official information from Urban Properties, the complex is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026. The starting price for apartments is AED 1 million (USD 272,250). The developer offers the option to make the purchase in instalments with an initial down payment of 10%.
