Damac Properties, the UAE’s major developer, has announced the start of construction of the Damac Coral Reef luxury complex in the new waterfront community of Dubai Maritime City. The luxury seafront project combines signature design, world-class amenities, and a resort lifestyle.
The project is the result of a collaboration between Damac Properties and renowned artist Vincent Fodemer. The exquisite 48-story tower features an exclusive collection of Babolex sculptures. The complex’s design reflects the beauty of the underwater world and sea corals through shapes, colors, and decorative elements in the interiors.
“DAMAC Coral Reef is a testament to our commitment to pushing the boundaries of luxury living,” said Neil McLaughlin, senior vice president of Damac International.
The Coral Reef collection will feature apartments ranging from 72 m2 with one to three bedrooms. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2028.
