Developer Majid Al Futtaim Development has announced the launch of Serenity Mansions, a new addition to the ultra-luxurious residential villages in the Tilal Al Ghaf community in Dubai. One of the series in the project, the Waterfront Collection, features the most expensive mansions on the first and second lines along the lagoon, with prices starting at $10.62 million.
The architectural masterpiece of Serenity Mansions, designed to redefine luxurious living, was created in collaboration with a team of globally renowned architects and consultants, including the award-winning firms SAOTA and Nabil Gholam, known for their innovative approach to residential design, and the respected design company BLINK Design, renowned for its work on the world’s most luxurious hotels.

The Serenity Mansions Waterfront Collection complex will feature only 30 exclusive villas with an area of 1,650 sq. m and six bedrooms each. Each house has three floors and an impressive array of spaces, including several lounges and staff rooms. Construction is expected to be completed by 2027.
