An ultra-upscale residential complex, The Ritz-Carlton Residences , will become a new attraction in Dubai’s Business Bay. The community will be built right on the bank of the Dubai Canal, next to five-star hotels and a yacht marina.
Real professionals are working on the architecture and design of the new complex. Ana Moussinet, a well-known designer from Paris, creates its luxurious interiors. The architectural concept of the building is being developed by MMA Projects.
The residential complex is being built in collaboration with the premium hotel brand The Ritz-Carlton. The latter is a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest hotel holdings, Marriott International.
The residential complex offers 66 upscale residences, including:
- 63 one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 139 m2 to 325 m2
- two three-bedroom penthouses ranging from 585 m2 to 594 m2
- a posh two-story four-bedroom villa with an area of 1,244 m2.
Every residence will have a thoughtful, functional layout, large panoramic windows, and a roomy balcony. The two- and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and villa will feature a private pool and a spacious recreation area by the water.
Residences are sold fully furnished. All interior pieces are carefully selected to match the overall style. The rooms are finished with marble, travertine, and natural oak. There will be exquisite bronze elements in the frames of the mirrors.
