A new upscale residential project The Ritz-Carlton Residence will soon emerge in the Al Jaddaf community of Dubai. It is being created in collaboration with the world-famous hotel brand. The 80,000 sq m plot with a 550-metre coastline will accommodate 12 ultra-luxurious 8-bedroom mansions and exclusive residences in multi-family houses, i.e., two- or three-bedroom apartments and penthouse sprawling across the entire upper floor of the building.
Residents will be able to walk in landscaped gardens with mangrove trees, pools, waterfalls, and gazebos, breathe fresh air, sunbathe, or visit the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, to which they will have direct access. Additionally, they will be able to use the services of an interpreter, a notary, a nanny, a valet, and a butler, and also order delicious food to be delivered from the restaurant.
An additional advantage for fans of contemporary design is the fact that SAOTA, a South African bureau, is in charge of the architecture, while Kelly Hoppen will take care of the interior design.
The developer MAG Property intends to complete the construction in the beginning of 2026.
