The residential skyscraper AL HABTOOR TOWER will have 82 storeys

The news of launching the construction of another project by Al Habtoor Group in Dubai excited the public because the developer announced it was going to create the world’s tallest residential building.

According to recent data, the high-rise will comprise 82 storeys, three of which will be reserved for luxury amenities, such as an infinity-edge pool offering staggering views of the centre of Dubai, a gym, a spa salon, a padel court, restaurants, a library, four retail stores on the ground floor, and an outdoor recreation area. Staggered terraces with swimming pool will be provided on the roof, while 18 high-speed elevators will quickly take residents to the desired floor. All one- to three-bedroom apartments feature a balcony opening onto sweeping vistas.

The construction of the new skyscraper in Al Habtoor City in Dubai’s business hub is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026. The prices start at AED 2 million (USD 544,500), with an opportunity of paying 40% of the value after project commissioning.
