Another gem will soon complement the collection of Dubai’s exquisite homes: SLS Residences The Palm has been launched by the design studio Ennismore and the construction company Roya Lifestyle Development. The new project will be located on Palm Jumeirah, the iconic artificial archipelago with some of the world’s most expensive residences and hotels.
The striking abstract architecture of the off-plan low-rise buildings is inspired by ocean waves. The project will comprise a total of about 113 opulent homes, including apartments with two, three, and four bedrooms and penthouses. The ground floor will accommodate 13 flagship signature residences with two to four bedrooms.
Besides the stunning views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai’s gleaming skyscrapers, residents will enjoy access to a private beach, an exclusive clubhouse, an infinity pool, and a fitness area on the premises. Other facilities include fitness equipment, cosmetic and relaxation treatment rooms, a lounge with meals cooked to order by professional chefs, and a children’s club.
The completion is scheduled for 2026, but local residences are already listed for sale at a price of AED 7,000,000 (USD 1.9 million) and more.
