Properties are now for sale at the Harbour Lights residential project in Dubai. The complex is being built on the first coastline in Dubai Maritime City. The interiors were designed by the Swiss jewelry brand De Grisogono.
Today, you can buy luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in the new complex. The area of the apartments varies from 74 m² to 158 m². At the moment, the starting price of a one-bedroom apartment is AED1.3 million ($367,500). The minimum price of two- and three-bedroom apartments is AED2.2 million ($599,000) and AED2.4 million ($653,500) respectively. Once the building is completed in 2027, properties are expected to go up in price by up to 20%. The developer offers to use a convenient installment plan, in which 80% of the cost is paid at the construction stage, and 20% is paid after the house is completed.
All apartments will have functional layouts with large balconies and spacious living rooms. The bedrooms will feature built-in wardrobes or walk-in closets. The bathrooms will be fitted with modern sanitary ware. Marble, wood, and golden metal are used in interior design. The panoramic windows of the apartments will let you enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
The residential complex also offers a collection of apartments with a spacious terrace, which is equipped with a private pool and a spacious recreation area by the water.
