Developer Nakheel Properties has announced the launch of sales for its new Premium Villas Plots project. The project will offer ultra-luxury villa plots in the Palm Jebel Ali community, a new island in the shape of a palm tree.
There are only 80 exclusive plots to choose from to build customised villas ranging from 2,044 to 2,322 sq. m. The plots are located on the western tip of the palm island, guaranteeing panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Each plot will have its own access to the beach.
The Palm Jebel Ali island community will be Dubai’s new premium neighbourhood, where luxury will be harmoniously combined with an active lifestyle. Premium Villas Plots will be one of the first projects on the new island, along with Coral Villas and Beach Villas. This phase of construction is scheduled for completion in 2027.
The starting price for Premium Villas Plots is $10.89 million. The purchase can be made in 80/20 instalments, where 80% of the price is paid during construction and 20% upon its completion.
