Harbour Lights , a premium residential complex, is being built in Dubai Maritime City, a developing coastal area of Dubai. It will be located on the first coastline, next to the promenade and the yacht marina. Among the interesting features of the residential complex is a unique swimming pool in the sea. It will be surrounded by a wooden deck with loungers for relaxation. Another swimming pool will be located on the 24th floor of the complex. The 52nd floor of the new building will feature a spacious gym with a view of the sea and the promenade.
The public spaces of the complex were designed in collaboration with the jewelry brand De Grisogono. The design was inspired by the nautical theme and is made in white, blue, and gold shades. The lobby of the residential complex will have a five-meter high ceiling, marble floor, panoramic windows, decorative drop-shaped pieces, and richly decorated chandeliers. This room will house a spacious lounge area with upholstered furniture, high-speed elevators, and a concierge service.
The new residential complex offers for sale luxury one- to three-bedroom apartments. All apartments will be fully furnished and include premium finishing.
