MAG Property Development together with The Ritz-Carlton hotel brand have launched a new residential project, The Ritz-Carlton Residences . The complex is to be completed in Q1 2026.
The building will have 22 floors, four of which are guarded parking. The complex will include a fitness center, a swimming pool, a library, a barbecue area, a cinema, a spa, a banquet hall, and other spaces. What’s more, a wide range of additional services will be available to residents: airline tickets booking, restaurant reservations, relocation assistance, airport transfers, and much more.
The new development will house 66 exclusive properties on 18 residential floors, including one- to three-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom penthouses, and a two-story four-bedroom villa. The area of the apartments varies from 139 m2 to 325 m2, the penthouses will be 590 m2 in size, and the area of the luxury villa will be 1,244 m2.
The interiors of the exclusive residences will be finished using premium quality materials such as marble, natural wood, and parquet flooring. Thanks to panoramic windows, rooms will be filled with light and cozy.
