The developer Damac Properties, known for its premium projects, has begun construction of a new residential complex, Harbour Lights , in Dubai. The complex will be located in Dubai Maritime City. Previously, this area was an industrial port, but as part of the development of Dubai as a city for living and recreation, a new luxury residential area is being created here with a yacht club, a promenade, a public square, and other facilities.
Harbour Lights is a 52-story residential complex consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. All residences will have one or two spacious open balconies with sea views. Some apartments include a floating pool and a recreation area on the balcony.
What is special about the new residential complex is its exquisite design, which is created by the famous jewelry brand De Grisogono. The lobby of the new complex will be white and blue with marble, decorative wall panels, chandeliers, and intricately shaped lamps. It will house a concierge desk and a comfortable relaxation space with upholstered furniture and decorative green plants.
