In 2027, the new residential high-rise COMO RESIDENCES will emerge on the Palm Jumeirah archipelago in Dubai where the emirate’s most luxurious and expensive properties are concentrated. The building’s architecture will be inspired by ocean waves, while its terraces and balconies will be reminiscent of layers on snow-white seashells.
The concept of water will be embodied at several levels in this bold futuristic structure. Besides the exterior, Nakheel Properties developed a system of “vertical lakes”, which take the shape of communal or private pools on every floor, including infinity pools that guarantee unforgettable impressions due to the building’s height and the staggering views from the top.
The 75-storey skyscraper will offer lavish apartments decorated in white shades with exquisite designer décor elements. The panoramic windows will ensure marvellous views. Besides other lavish amenities, the building will have direct access to the beach and a sand-edge swimming pool at the podium level.
