The developer Continental Investment is now accepting expressions of interest to purchase real estate in the Marina Living residential complex. The 19-story apartment building is being built in the coastal area of Dubai Marina, within walking distance of the promenade, the white sandy beach, and the large Dubai Marina Mall. The building is planned to be commissioned in Q2 2025.
One- to two-bedroom apartments are for sale in the new residential complex. One-bedroom apartments with a total area of 71-90 m2 are sold at prices ranging from AED1.37 million (from $374,500) to AED2.1 million (up to $564,000). The total area of two-bedroom apartments varies from 110 m2 to 130 m2. They can be bought at prices ranging from AED2 million (from $565,000) to AED3.1 million (up to $857,000).
The 1st floor of the building includes ten apartments. There will be 11 apartments on each floor from the 2nd to the 18th, and eight apartments on the 19th floor.
The territory of the new residential complex will feature a variety of amenities. These include a rooftop pool and gym, a podium level landscaped garden, a padel court, a children’s play area, a barbecue area, and a lobby with concierge service.
