Nakheel has introduced the first villas on the new Palm Jebel Ali Island in Dubai

Developer Nakheel Properties has announced the start of construction of Coral Villas, the first villa project on Palm Jebel Ali Island. This new island in Dubai will extend 91 kilometres of coastline and, according to the developer’s vision, will combine luxury amenities and active beachfront living.

Coral Villas is the island’s first project with ultra-luxury mansions. The villas are located on three “branches” of the new palm-shaped island. Each house has its own access to the beach. The exterior of the villas is harmoniously blended into the environment: light-coloured houses of natural shades are combined with sandy beaches and the turquoise waters of the Persian Gulf. In the interiors, light colours prevail; natural stone, wood, and marble are used.

Each Coral Villas property has seven bedrooms, a guest room, maid’s and driver’s bedrooms, an office, living rooms, reception areas, and lounge areas on each floor. The property boasts parking for three or four cars, a large lounge area with wooden decking by the pool, and landscaped gardens. The price includes renovation, furniture, appliances, and decor.

Coral Villas offers eight exclusive layouts ranging from 1,042 to 1,130 sq. m. All of them are equally luxurious; the difference is in the set of rooms, colour scheme, and some special amenities. For example, some layouts include a lift and a gym.

The project is expected to be completed in 2027. The starting price is $5 million.
