Developer Nakheel Properties has announced the start of construction in the Palm Jebel Ali community — a new palm-shaped island. The new project is called Beach Villas: the mansions will be located on the “branches” of the palm island and will have their own access to the beach.
Beach Villas are large six-bedroom mansions with a premium set of rooms: several living rooms, a show kitchen, spacious dressing rooms, and additional bedrooms for guests and staff. Each mansion has three floors, several balconies and terraces, and a lift. All projects provide for designer renovations with natural materials, furnishing, and the availability of appliances. On the territory of the house, there is a landscaped garden, a swimming pool with wooden decking and a lounge area, and a garage for two cars. The area of the villas ranges from 680 to 784 sq. m.
Much attention is paid to the aesthetic qualities of the complex. There are eight design projects to choose from in the Beach Villas complex, each inspired by the coastal lifestyle: white, grey, and sand tones prevail in the interior colour schemes, while blue and green are used as accent colours in decorative items.
The Palm Jebel Ali island community will be a new premium location in Dubai, where luxury will harmoniously blend with an active lifestyle. Beach Villas will be one of the first projects on the new island. This phase is scheduled for completion in 2027.
The starting price of Beach Villas is $5.09 million. The purchase can be made using an 80/20 instalment plan, where 80% of the price is paid during construction and 20% upon its completion.
