Developer Meraas Holding has announced the construction launch of the eighth phase of the large-scale Madinat Jumeirah Living community in the Umm Suqeim neighborhood. The new project has been named Elara. It will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and three exclusive four-bedroom penthouses.
Elara consists of three buildings with different floor numbers, located around a park with recreation areas. The project implements an environmentally friendly and safe concept of a “car-free courtyard”: parking for cars is located behind the territory of the houses.
The project includes many amenities for comfortable living: swimming pools, a fitness center, a children’s playground, a stylish lobby with soft furnishings, and landscaping. There is a large Madinat Jumeirah Living Park nearby. Souk Madinat Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach are just minutes away.
Elara features apartments ranging from 67 to 218 sq. m and three penthouses with an area of 343 to 421 sq. m. All residences will have balconies or terraces, designer finishes, furniture, and appliances. There will be beautiful views of the hotel in the shape of a Burj Al Arab sail.
The cost of apartments in Elara starts at $626,000. A penthouse can be purchased for a price starting at $2.98 million. The completion of construction is scheduled for Q4 2026.
