The new project by Emaar Properties called Sunridge At Rashid Yachts & Marina will be found in Mina Rashid in Dubai—a seaside district rapidly gaining popularity and built in the former commercial port where a cruise terminal is now equipped.
The design of Sunridge is based on the concept of water, as the modern light-coloured building is only 500 metres from the sea. All elegantly furnished apartments with one or two bedrooms have sliding doors leading onto balconies with grilled balustrades and floor-to-ceiling windows, so that residents could admire spectacular views of the Persian Gulf as long as they like.
With a yacht marina, Dubai’s longest canal pool, and a boardwalk waterfront promenade nearby, owners and tenants of local residences will be able to breathe the fresh sea area and access the numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities moments away.
The complex is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027. The prices of one-bedroom apartments start at AED 1.47 million (USD 400,200), and two-bedroom residences, at AED 2.33 million (USD 634,000).
