The developer Continental Investment is now accepting expressions of interest (EOI) to purchase real estate in the Marina Living residential complex, which is expected to be commissioned in 2025. The new complex will be built in the elite coastal area of Dubai, Dubai Marina, near the famous promenade, long sandy beach, mall, shops, and restaurants.
Buyers can choose one- or two-bedroom apartments in different layouts. The total area of residential properties varies from 71 to 130 m2. All apartments will be made in light colors and handed over fully finished. Each apartment will feature a spacious balcony, an open kitchen, a living room connected to a dining room, one or two bathrooms, and a toilet. Large panoramic windows provide pleasant natural light and beautiful views of the lively area.
Marina Living will feature a spacious lobby with concierge service and elevators, a rooftop infinity pool with changing rooms and a recreation area by the water, a gym, a barbecue area, a padel court, a children’s playground, and landscaped gardens on an open podium.
