Emaar Properties, a major development company, has announced the sale of properties in the new Parkside Views residential complex. It will appear in the Dubai Hills Estate neighbourhood in Q3 2027. The building will border Dubai Hills Park as well as a local business centre and mall with a hypermarket, cinema, amusement park, and more than 650 retail and catering outlets.
Parkside Views is a 15-storey building with apartments, duplexes, and townhouses. All residences will have modern, concise finishes in pleasant natural colours. The territory of the complex includes:

- Multifunctional hall

- Children’s and adult swimming pools
- Barbecue area and other amenities.
The project has been recently announced, so the prices for the property today are as favourable as possible. At the moment, the starting price of the flat is AED 1.45 million (USD 395,000). The developer offers an instalment plan where 90% of the amount is paid in instalments at the stage of construction and 10% is paid when the project is put into operation.
