Key UAE developer Emaar Properties has announced the start of construction on the luxury project Bayline in the prestigious resort community of Dubai, Rashid Yachts & Marina. The complex will feature a series of mid-rise apartment buildings arranged around a conceptual park. In Bayline, apartments with one to three bedrooms, three-bedroom duplexes, and two-bedroom townhouses are available for purchase.
The new multifunctional complex in the yacht community will offer residents a private lifestyle and access to numerous amenities within the gated area, including a private beach club and yacht club, pools for adults and children, a park with a promenade, a gym, shops, and restaurants. The gated community will be under 24-hour security. The iconic views of Burj Khalifa and unobstructed sea vistas add attractiveness to this architectural project.
The Bayline collection will feature residences starting at 76 square metres, available for purchase with a 10% down payment. The starting price for residences is $637,500. The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
