Emaar Properties has announced the launch of a new project featuring apartments in the eco-friendly golf community of Dubai Hills Estate. The new complex from the renowned developer will offer apartments for purchase with panoramic views of the lush golf course.
The residences offered in the new multi-storey complex will include apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms. Currently, residences are available for purchase at a starting price of $408,500. The developer’s instalment plan allows for the acquisition of property with a 10% down payment. The project is scheduled for completion in 2028.
