Emaar Properties has announced the start of construction of a new residential complex Greenside Residence. Two towers on a common podium will be built in the prestigious golf community Dubai Hills Estate, which is also called the green heart of Dubai due to the abundance of parks, lawns, and landscaped gardens.
The new development by Emaar will be located next to the Golf Club luxury villa community, the Dubai Hills Park, and a shopping and entertainment complex. There will be many amenities for recreation and sports, including a swimming pool, a terrace with landscaping and lounge areas, playgrounds, and sports fields.
Greenside Residence includes premium apartments with one to three bedrooms. The area varies from 67 to 167 sq. m. All residences will have designer renovations, stylish furniture, and quality appliances. From the windows, there will be beautiful views of the golf course and green surroundings.
The cost of apartments starts at $381,000. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2027.
