The Vela Viento project will stand out prominently against other buildings due to its unique facade with a “dance” effect, achieved by a combination of flowing curves, transverse lines, and balconies at different levels. This bold design is the result of collaboration between the developer and the architectural firm Foster + Partners.
In this new high-rise project, apartments with two to four bedrooms, 4-bedroom duplexes, and only two 4-bedroom penthouses with an area of up to 1,339 square metres will be available for purchase. All residences will feature a private lift entrance, a private terrace pool, and an additional room for staff. The apartment design is handled by the Gilles & Boissier studio.
Residents of Vela Viento will have access to a range of premium amenities, including an infinity-edge pool, a two-storey fitness centre, a yoga studio, a lounge area with breathtaking views, a spa complex, a private yacht marina, and golf cart services. Dorchester Collection services include hotel staff assistance and an extended list of a la carte services.
The starting price for residences is $5.4 million. Construction is expected to be completed by 2027.
