Damac Properties has announced Lagoon Views, the first residential complex within the Damac Lagoons mega-community, primarily consisting of villas. According to the official information from the developer, Damac Lagoon Views will feature 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and numerous amenities.
As per the project plan, residents will be able to enjoy various recreational and entertainment options. The complex will have green hills for relaxation and sunbathing, a honey bar with a healthy product lineup, hammocks over artificial lagoons, an outdoor spa, and an aqua-boho-style lounge. The gastronomic zone will offer a wide selection of food and beverages, including a Spanish-style snack bar, a poolside aqua bar, and a beach bar for sunset relaxation. In line with the community's water theme, the developer has added a unique Lagoon Rain Party area for aqua parties and a water fitness gym to the new project. An olive grove and a concert stage for celebrations and events complement the project, allowing residents to host festivities without leaving the premises.
