Damac Properties has launched an exclusive Volta project in Dubai’s downtown. The elegant 60-story tower with a curved facade, light installations, and a 13-level podium was designed in collaboration with the Gensler architectural bureau.
The skyscraper will be built next to Sheikh Zayed Road, the main highway of the emirate, in the prestigious central district of Downtown Dubai. The Burj Khalifa tower is less than five minutes away.
The new complex includes premium apartments with one and two bedrooms and super luxury residences with three to four bedrooms, located on the upper floors. All apartments will have designer finishes, furnishings, kitchens with branded appliances, and balconies. The overall area will range from 62 to 201 sq. m. Buyers can purchase a whole floor.
The project focuses on sports and wellness and offers many high-end amenities within this direction. Residents will have access to a rooftop sky pool, a view yoga studio, an aqua training area, a boxing club, a 134-meter running track, a climbing wall, TRX and body sculpting machines, a mirror with a virtual trainer, and a workshop for making individual training shoes. There is also a beauty salon, an ice room, an acupuncture studio, a beautician’s, a nutritionist’s, and a physiotherapist’s offices.
The prices for residences in Volta start at $456,000. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2028.
