DAMAC Properties has commenced the construction of the Utopia cluster, featuring 2- and 3-storey Hollywood-style villas within the DAMAC Hills mega-community. The new project, aptly named Utopia, alludes to an idyllic lifestyle, offering standalone mansions with large plots.
Utopia will be situated within an expansive area encompassing 370,000 square metres of parks and gardens, with access to various amenities such as cafes, restaurants, sports clubs, wellness services, and the DAMAC Mall shopping centre. Among the project's innovations is a home automation system with smart sensors for lighting and climate control. Utopia will also implement an environmentally friendly programme aligned with modern sustainable development goals, including water purification technologies and efficient resource management.
Utopia features villas with six and seven bedrooms across three design concepts, ranging in size from 1,259 to 2,352 square metres. The exterior design of the houses follows a modern style reminiscent of upscale Hollywood mansions. All residences will include a pool, cinema, relaxation areas, rooftop terrace, elevator, and garage.
The starting price for villas in Utopia is $4.9 million, with the construction set to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
