AHS Properties, a relatively young yet trusted developer, has announced the launch of a new project near the Dubai Water Canal, a three-kilometre waterway and one of the iconic landmarks of the emirate. Casa Canal is a residential complex offering ultra-luxurious residences, including simplex, duplex, and penthouse units. The completion date is set for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The residential units range in size from 418 to 2508 m2. The standout feature of the project is the presence of private elevators leading directly to the living rooms. Each residence also includes amenities such as spacious terraces with pools and a relaxation area around a fire pit.
The prices of these elite properties are as follows:
- three-bedroom simplex: AED21 million to 24.5 million ($5.7 million to 6.6 million);
- four-bedroom duplex: AED33.5 million to 34.5 million ($9.1 million to 9.3 million);
- five-bedroom duplex: AED41.5 million to 50 million ($11.3 million to 13.6 million);
- six-bedroom duplex: AED65 million to 67.5 million ($17.6 million to 18.3 million);
- six-bedroom penthouse: AED150 million ($40.8 million).
The developer offers a flexible payment plan of 60/40. Within this framework, the buyer is required to cover 60% of the property's cost gradually during the construction process, with the remaining balance paid upon project completion.
