Arada and Armani Group have unveiled Armani Beach Residences, an ultra-luxurious residential complex on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai

Located on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, a new luxury-class complex is set to emerge. It will consist of only 53 residences, including two presidential suites. All units will come with exclusive design and furnishings from Armani.

The new project is the result of collaboration between the construction company Arada, the Armani Group brand, and architect Tadao Ando, a laureate of the Pritzker Prize. In line with the architect's signature style, the building's construction will be executed in a minimalist style with a predominance of glass elements. This approach ensures the integration of the facade into the natural environment surrounding the complex.

"The architecture of this magnificent place is designed to provide visual and empirical continuity between the interior and the sea landscape surrounding the project, and the play of light and shadow will help create a dynamic sequence from the entrance of the building to public spaces and beyond, to your luxurious residence," said Ando in a statement to the press.

Buyers can choose one of two colour schemes for the interior design, and penthouse and presidential suite owners have the option of developing a custom design project with the Armani team. In addition to luxurious residences, the complex will also feature a series of premium amenities, including a spa, fitness centre, pools, a cigar lounge, a cinema, a children's complex, and parking.

The project is expected to be completed in 2026. The starting price for residences is AED 21 million (USD 5.7 million). Armani finishes and furnishings are included in the cost.
