Emaar Properties launched a massive $20 billion development project. The Oasis residential complex was unveiled earlier this year, on June 13 in the Armani Hotel, located in the Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
The Oasis will occupy 930 hectares and include at least 7,000 luxury homes with four and five bedrooms, spacious landscaped gardens, and views of parks and lakes. At launch, the value of four-bedroom villas start at AED 8.1 million (USD 2.2 million) and five-bedroom ones at AED 11.9 million (USD 3.2 million).
The developer promises to create a resort-like atmosphere in the community. Green areas, parks, lakes, and water channels will occupy 25% of the territory. The new complex will be located in just a half-hour drive from the central district of Downtown Dubai, providing easy access to the main sights of the metropolis.
The evening’s guest of honour, Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, called the project a masterpiece in the world of real estate. According to Mohamed Alabbar, founder of Emaar Properties, The Oasis will not only complement Dubai’s urban landscape, but also give residents a sense of luxurious living among nature, with many exceptional amenities and necessary infrastructure at their doorstep.
