FIVE Holdings’ $2bn real estate portfolio includes FIVE Dubai Palm Jumeirah; Villa Myra, Villa Pera and Cappadocia in Jumeirah Village Circle; Bahar 4 in Jumeirah Beach Residence; and SKAI Residency. The firm is currently building FIVE Dubai Jumeirah Village hotel and residences, which is set to open in 2018, and manages a $570m FIVE REIT, licensed by Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).

Our story

Founded as SKAI Holdings in 2011 and rebranded as FIVE Holdings in 2017, we are a Dubai-based vertically integrated real estate development and hospitality group.

The successful story of FIVE was started in 2010, when we invested real estate proceeds in a distressed project in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) called Bahar 4. We anticipated the recovery phase following the global financial crisis and acquired the entire tower. In six months, we sold all units in the tower at 46% profit.

Philanthropy

Recognised at the ‘Philanthropist of the Year’ at the CEO Middle East Awards 2018, FIVE Founder and Chairman, Kabir Mulchandani is personally involved in driving the charitable activities of the FIVE Group.

Philanthropy is foundational for FIVE Holdings.

FIVE has partnered with many organizations, such as The Diya Foundation, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and New Face Charitable Trust, to help make a positive impact on societies in need.

FIVE has so far supported over 356 life-saving heart surgeries and over 23 life-enhancing face surgeries.
