The famous Raymond Lake, or Lake of Love, is located near the community. The lake is created in the form of two connecting hearts, while the trees around the lake have been planted to create the word "Love”, which can be seen from a drone, an airplane, or a helicopter.

An interesting BollywoodParks theme park, styled as the popular Bollywood, with attractions, stunt shows, and vivid performances, is a 23-minute drive away, and a great option for a family vacation.

It will take only 24 minutes to reach Jebel Ali beach, next to which there is a palm-shaped archipelago of the same name. The beach is suitable for water sports, and a yacht charter in Emaar South is also available to residents and their guests.

Transportation and parking spaces

How to get to Emaar South? The community is located far from central Dubai, however, due to its proximity to the major highways of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed and the Emirates, residents can quickly access other parts of the city.

As for public transport, there are no metro stations here, but locals can use city buses and car rental in Emaar South. There are several stops nearby Dubai World Central, Staff Village, and Freight House 2. They can be reached in 6-9 minutes. You can also take a bus to metro stations located in the neighboring quarters.

The great advantage of the community is its proximity to the Al Maktoum International Airport, which can be reached in just 9 minutes.

Since the southern part of the city is not the most populous, there are no problems with parking here. In multi-story residential complexes, there are underground parking lots, and in private houses, there are covered parking spaces or garages.

Supermarkets

There are some supermarkets in Emaar South. On the territory of the community, there is a Geant Express store with a broad range of food products and a small coffee shop with delicious desserts and ice cream.

There are several supermarkets in the nearby Dubai Investments Park area (20 minutes away):

Malls

There are no malls in Emaar South, but the nearest large trading sites are located in nearby areas. They can be reached quickly by car:

• Aiko Mall with grocery hypermarket (20 minutes away)
• The Outlet Village is an open area with branded outlets and cafes, the buildings here are styled like a medieval castle (23 minutes away)
• Ibn Battuta Mall is a beautiful shopping center with luxurious Arab-style decoration, divided into zones dedicated to different countries (27 minutes)
• Me'aisem city center with shops and food outlets (27 minutes away)

Churches, temples, and mosques in Emaar South

The nearest large mosque, Al Maktoum, is not far from the international airport. It can be reached in just 7 minutes by car. The rest of the mosques are located outside the community.

Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh Gurdwara is a 24-minute drive away.

The nearest temples for Hindus are located in Al Fahidi, which can be reached in 50 minutes by car. There are also several different temples and interesting museums.

Restaurants

There are popular food outlets in Dubai’s Logistics City. There is also an Olives restaurant with a wide range of dishes for every taste and a pleasant atmosphere. At the Nook Restaurant, you can order snacks such as sandwiches or a lunch of grilled dishes.

You can find the aforementioned restaurants in Emaar South in the shopping centers, as well as popular chain establishments such as Starbucks coffee shops, and the American snack bar, TGI Friday's, offering burgers, steaks, cocktails, etc. in the food courts.

The Barbecue Delights Asian Restaurant, with its variety of grilled dishes, is located in the Ibn Battuta Mall. This shopping center is also home to the Hatam restaurant with authentic Iranian cuisine and many other food outlets, most of which are located in the Chinese sector.

There are no private schools in this small area, but if necessary, you can send your children to educational institutions located in neighboring communities.

Since the community is small and under development, there are no major hospitals here. The nearest medical institutions are located in neighboring quarters:

• Medical clinic, near Al Maktoum airport, with the latest medical equipment. Here they can assist in most urgent conditions. You can reach it in 10 minutes.
• NMC Royal Hospital, where some of the best infertility specialists work (20 minutes away)
• Mediclinic Meadows, where you can receive emergency care and outpatient treatment (in 29 minutes).

Nearby areas

Emaar South is located in the southern part of the city, not far from Abu Dhabi, which is convenient for those who travel to the neighboring emirate.

The community also borders the following areas:

• Dubai Investment Park and the Jebel Ali industrial Zone are a hub of large business and industrial centers, a free economic zone where many representatives of private business and workers from around the world conduct activities.
• Dubai Parks and Resorts is a huge entertainment district with theme parks such as Motiongate, Legoland, and Bollywood Parks. Motiongate includes attractions and entertainment in the form of characters from films created by DreamWorks, Columbia Pictures, and Lionsgate. Legoland is a theme park based on the famous educational construction toys, "Lego Blocks". The park includes more than 40 attractions and is perfect for children aged 2 to 12 years. Bollywood Parks hosts Bollywood-themed shows.

Beaches near Emaar South

The area is located a short distance from the coast. Within 24 minutes you can reach the nearest city beach, Jebel Ali. Half an hour away is JBR Beach, where you can ride a camel and spend time in a beach cafe. There are several benches and tables on the beach, as well as a food truck with sandwiches and various fast foods.
