About Villanova

Villanova is a new low-rise residential neighborhood. It is in the southeast of Dubailand, a large developing community. The construction was started in 2016 by the real estate developer, Dubai Properties. The territory of the community is part of a freehold zone, enabling foreigners to acquire real estate with full private ownership rights.

Real estate in Villanova

The community consists of three ready-made housing complexes:

  • La Quinta offers luxurious Mediterranean-style three to five-bedroom villas, having an area of 165 m² to 450 m². The interior has spacious living rooms and large kitchens with high ceilings. In the adjacent fenced territory, each house has a terrace with a landscaped garden;
  • Amaranta is a complex with modern-style townhouses and villas having two to four bedrooms. The total area of the house area varies from 161 m² to 402 m².
