Mirdif is a residential community in the northeast of Dubai. It consists of gated communities, multi-apartment residential buildings, shopping centers, business centers, parks, and other infrastructure facilities. The district is a 10-minute drive from the international airport.

The most popular neighborhoods consist of low-rise multi-apartment buildings and gated communities:

  • Uptown Mirdif is a gated community inspired by famous English resort towns. There are over two thousand villas and apartments, children’s playgrounds, numerous recreational places, a medical center, and a primary school;
  • Ghoroob is a neighborhood consisting of low-rise houses with studios and one, two, or three-bedroom apartments.
