About Serena

Serena is one of the new housing areas in the Dubailand community. It is located on the two axes of Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road. The main developer of the community is Dubai Properties, a well-known real estate development company.

The project includes three large residential complexes with excellent architectural design and luxurious finishes. There are many green gardens and parks on the territory creating a comfortable microclimate.

The area is close to the Plantation Equestrian & Polo Club. It also borders the Arabian Ranches developed community that has a golf club, several parks, tennis courts, a school, a nursery, and many other infrastructure facilities.

Real estate in Serena

The area is divided into three sub-communities:

Bella Casa is a housing estate and is the first project in the new district. It is in front of the Mudon community. It consists of elite two- or three-bedroom townhouses and three-bedroom twin villas.
Casa Dora has spacious two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhouses that are surrounded by lush green parks. The complex is next to the Central Plaza community center.
LCD Casa Viva consists of two- or three-bedroom townhouses in a Mediterranean architectural style.

Houses in Casa Dora and Bella Casa sub-communities are represented by four different layouts:

Type A is semi-detached three-bedroom houses with a maid's room, ranging from 211 m² to 239 m²;
Type B is three-bedroom townhouses with servant quarters, having an area of 180 m² to 211 m²;
Type C is townhouses with servant quarters, ranging from 169 m² to 200 m²;
Type D two-bedroom townhouses, having an area of 133 m² to 174 m².

Casa Viva offers six layout options for houses:

Type A is two-bedroom townhouses with servant quarters, having an area of 174 m²;
Type B is three-bedroom houses with servant quarters, 188 m² of space;
Type C is three-bedroom townhouses with servant quarters, ranging from 209 m² to 211 m²;
Type D is semi-detached three-bedroom townhouses with servant quarters having a total area of 247 m².
Type E is four-bedroom townhouses with servant quarters, having an area of 206 m²;
Type F - semi-detached townhouses with four bedrooms, servant quarters, and an area of 229 m².

Trends in real estate sales in Serena

Lately, detached villas and townhouses have been especially popular among home buyers in Dubai. Public transport

Currently, public transport is not available in Serena. Residents do, however, have easy access to bus stops and stations in the Arabian Ranches and Mudon communities.

For drivers, there is convenient access to the major Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Emirates Road, and Al Qudra Road. They connect the area to other parts of the emirate.

It takes up to 27 minutes to get to the city center, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Marina yacht community.

It takes 8 minutes to drive to The Village Community Mall in Arabian Ranches 2. The mall has a Carrefour supermarket, Aster Clinic, and many other branded stores.

Within 13 minutes, you can reach Cityland Mall, a large shopping center with a park, recreation areas, and walking paths. The shopping complex has a Carrefour hypermarket, Organic Foods & Café organic grocery store, a pharmacy, and shops selling clothes, accessories, make-up, and perfume. The Mall also has a large cinema.

Churches, temples, and mosques

There is a small local mosque in the Serena community center. Arabian Ranches 2 and AL Madinah Al Mustadama Mosques are in neighboring areas. They are easily accessible - 8 minutes by car.

St. Mary's Catholic Church and the St. Thomas Orthodox Cathedral are half an hour away.

The Guru Nanak Darbar, a Sikh gurdwara (place of worship) is a 20-minute drive away.
