About Majan

Majan is a new 1.5 million square meter district in Dubai. It is located at the heart of the large Dubailand community. Mizin Real Estate and Tameer Holdings are the main real estate developers of this project.

Community development started in 2006. Currently, the infrastructure is well developed, and buyers have access to new apartments in fully-completed housing complexes. Some of the facilities are still under construction.
