About Akoya Oxygen

Akoya Oxygen is a new modern residential community in Dubai by leading developer Damac Properties. A green paradise amid an arid desert is the way to describe the Akoya Oxygen district. Ecology is the main purpose of the community. The developer sought to create a system that would not harm nature and the environment. For example, electricity is generated by solar panels that are installed on the roofs of buildings. The pools are also equipped with solar water heating systems. Eco-friendly and energy-efficient materials were used for the construction of houses, and the waste generated in the houses is recycled.
