About Serena

Serena is one of the new housing areas in the Dubailand community. It is located on the two axes of Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road. The main developer of the community is Dubai Properties, a well-known real estate development company.

Real estate in Serena

The area is divided into three sub-communities:

  • Bella Casa is a housing estate and is the first project in the new district. It is in front of the Mudon community. It consists of elite two- or three-bedroom townhouses and three-bedroom twin villas.

There is a small local mosque in the Serena community center. Arabian Ranches 2 and AL Madinah Al Mustadama Mosques are in neighboring areas. They are easily accessible - 8 minutes by car.
